Happy Snow Day again to those of you who got to stay in and snuggle up...it was back to work for me...and as I was getting ready this morning...my thoughts were of things that make me smile....so, even though sometimes life goes different than we had hoped....there's always things that bring a smile to our day....Here are a few things that bring a smile to my day.....
* God's sense of humor...I love it when He blesses my day with a Ta-Da moment...
* The sound of my husbands laughter
* A clean house
* Emails from friends
* Watching my kitties try to run in the snow & ice
* A Starbucks Ice Tea
* Looking out my window and watching the calves jump, run & play
* Listening to my preschoolers talk on their "cell phones"
* An unexpected hug from someone
* No bills in the mailbox
* My favorite song playing on the radio
I hope each of you are finding ways to smile today too...Sweet Blessings!
May You find Life's Sweet Blessings ALL around you every day!

P.S....
Sweet Blessings to each of you...I hope you take time to think of 10 things you are thankful for too!!!
Hello from My Heart to Yours....
Happy Monday....and it was a SNOW DAY here! Perfect for staying inside and finally figuring out how I can become a part of the blog world...lucky you :D Of course, I didn't do this all by myself....I'm ever sooooo thankful that my niece Melissa is a hip/computer savy girl!!!
It's been a fun weekend here....first a little freezing rain...then, lots & lots of snow...and of course, the usual Pat & Tammy (or I should really say, Pat) adventure. It all started with the need to bring the tractor home to get some hay moved to the cows...and that led to Pat driving the tractor during the freezing rain episode...with the door open as his window to the road...his front windshield was all frozen and the wipers couldn't keep up with the rain. God is good and he made it home safe. The next morning, the plan was to get the dump trailer home and loaded with hay for the cows at our place and at the property....then,came the snow....My Man never gives up....so, snow and all he loaded the trailer dumped it at home...and took a load to the property....Praise God again...done, safe & sound! I must say the cows were ever so appreciative of their new feed...they are soooo funny,they just circle & circle for a good hour before they settle into one spot to really eat! Pat next left for Idaho...after enduring my whinning and moaning...and words of "Don't tell me again that you grew up in Joseph and can handle it!" He did make it there safely...Praise God again!I soooo know He is growing me! So that was this weekend's adventure...stayed tuned for next weeks!
I've decided to share 10 things that I am truly Thankful for today....here it goes...
1. Jesus is my Savior
2. A Sweet Husband (even though he's totally an otter! aka unpredictable)
3. A Warm House...mmmm..there's nothing like a wood stove when it's cold
4. Wonderful family
5. Our niece living with us...not for the feeding help, but for who she is
6. Being able to teach little children about Jesus..I soooo love my job
7. All our animals..who are forever teaching me valuable life lessons
8. Friends who always make me smile
9. Good health, and striving to keep my body healthy
10. Chocolate Chip Cookies...sometimes you just have to have something sweet
